The Basic Package will provide peace of mind through the use of a standard land line telephone. The land line telephone will transmit signals directly to ADT in the event of an emergency. This system is reliable, affordable, and easy to use for both children and adults.

Premium Monitoring Bundle I
24/7 Burglary Monitoring, PLUS! Two-Way Voice

You get everything in the Basic Monitoring Package with the addition of Two-Way Voice communication. This is a convenient, hands-free feature that allows you to communicate directly with an ADT monitoring center dispatcher from almost anywhere in your home. The control panel acts as an intercom, allowing the dispatcher to verify an emergency in your home, even if you're injured and can't get to the control panel. The microphone in your control panel can detect a normal talking voice up to 75 feet away.

24/7 Burglary Monitoring, PLUS! CellGuard®

You get everything in the Basic Monitoring Package with the addition of Safewatch® CellGuard® --the digital cellular back-up technology that enables your home security system to communicate with ADT's monitoring centers. This option is best for customers who do not have a land line phone or wish to have the additional security of a cellular phone backup.

Moving? ADT has a Relocation Discount Guarantee.

ADT has contingencies for homeowners moving out of or into a new home. To qualify for the Relocation Discount Guarantee, you must have been with ADT for at least two years and your ADT account must be in good standing. You must also provide ADT with the name and telephone number of the new occupant of your former residence. Discount does not apply to purchase of the Safewatch® Family package of the Safewatch® Premier package in your new home. This discount cannot be combined with any other offers and is valid for residential customers only.
